ImproKom offers seminars and individual coaching that connect improtheater-techniques to your job.
What ist improtheater? In contrast to a traditional theater-performance, there ist nothing rehearsed in impro-shows. In cooperation between audience and performers a mixture of improvised stories develop on stage - stories that never were on stage before and never will be there again afterwards. Good stories can only develop, if the performers are not afraid to make mistakes, if they work together and try to help and inspire their partners all the time.
What has impro to do with your job? Impro-techniques are not only useful on stage, but to improve the skills necessary for productive communication, to strengthen teamwork abilities, to increase creativity and to produce unexpected talents in a humorous and long-lasting way.
In the ImproKom seminars we offer various exercices that are connected to the emotional intelligence of the workshop participants. In addition we create a cognitive frame that helps to transfer the goal of the exercises into the job-world.
